Entry During Your Stay

You agree that our team may enter your unit without prior notice for urgent maintenance, safety, or time-sensitive needs during business hours. We'll try to notify you, but immediate access is sometimes required. We aren't liable for any inconvenience.

Leasing Office

The Leasing Office Team is not affiliated with our hosting team and cannot assist guests. Direct all questions or concerns to Sophari.

Quiet Hours · 10 PM – 8 AM

Be considerate of neighbours. Complaints and violations may be charged.

Smoke-Free Property

No smoking, vaping, tobacco, or cannabis, indoors or outdoors. Please dispose of any previous related waste off-site. Complaint and violation fines start at $1,000.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed. Pet damage fines start at $1,000.

Check-out Punctuality

If you have not left the property by 11:00 AM, fines for overstaying start at $100, and relocations of incoming guests due to your overstay start at $1,000.

No Parties or Extra Guests

No events, and no overnight guests beyond the reservation. Fines start at $1,000.

Respect The Property

Treat your Sophari residence with care. Report any accidental damage or issues.

Waste Management

Dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins as instructed in your Guest Guide. Fines start at $200.

Security

Lock windows and doors when you leave or retire, and keep your access fob safe.
