1. Business Development Sales Professional (1099 Contractor)

Description: Are you a results-oriented sales professional with a knack for building relationships? Join us as a Business Development Sales Professional and help us expand our portfolio of managed properties. This is a 1099 contractor role with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new properties.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold-calling and networking.

  • Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from start to finish.
